Established in 2004, Property care has recognized the need for professional property management services, which back than the rapidly developing and diversifying property market in Balchik, Varna, Dobrich and Albena areas, lacked of.
To establish a brand new company in a brand new field for Bulgaria and Balchik and Varna in particular and so quickly to win the recognition of our clients and partners hasn't been an easy task. However, as we now look back, we’ve come to realize that everything accomplished so far has been the easier part.
