Property care have a fantastic team and have looked after us since we first came to Bulgaria in 2003. As you can appreciate the first time we came to Bulgaria we needed help for loads of things from purchasing the land to paying and running the day to day accounts on our villa from electricity bills to security.
Lora at the helm is always there for us. An example of this is when we wanted air conditioning she sorted it and now we can holiday rather than shop for these things.
Its a dream come true owning a villa, like buying a nice car you want to look after it, so you need to find the best firm to property manage your house this is Property care as they send me a report every month with photos pay all my utillities etc so when I come over I just have to walk through the door of the villa to find the beds have been made and a welcome pack if needed and its spotlessly clean.
All this comes at a price fair enough but its worth every penny as the last thing you want is to be doing on arrival is cleaning.
