In late 2004 I decided to consider the purchase of a property in Bulgaria. Hence I began to research Bulgaria as a whole using the internet for nearly a year. Eventually I felt confident that I needed to be looking for land or property around the Black Sea Coast. After my research came to an end, I began emailing a selection of Builders, Estate Agents and Property Agents advising them of my requirements and asking them to contact me to discuss what they felt they had to offer.
I slowly began to whittle those companies down as some never responded and some responded occasionally but not consistently. However there was one company particularly who did respond to me each time I made contact. What impressed me more was that they offered a bespoke service from arranging sales of Land and Property, to Building High Quality Villas and Apartments and even renting and Managing them. After about 3 months of email contact I felt confident that the company knew exactly what I required and that although I did not know them, their responsive service was enough for me to arrange meeting.
I traveled to Bulgaria for the first time in May 2005 having first agreed that I would be shown Plots of Land and Villas that met my specification. My accommodation was sorted out by their company and I was pleased that when I arrived they had set up an itinerary for the 3 days of my stay. In short nothing was a problem for them. No matter how many questions I asked or how many times I asked to re visit Plots or Properties the answer was always “Not a problem”. It felt a little too good to be true.
In the end I reflected on how responsive they had been from day one and felt confident to purchase a Beautiful Plot of Land in the Hills facing the Black Sea Coast. True to their word 10 months later Villa Naomi was completed to a very high standard. At the time I only intended to use it with friends and family which I did during 2007. However by during my numerous visits in 2007 and knowing the team I observed their rental and management service and frequently visited Properties on their rental and management portfolio.
In early 2008 I felt confident that they could rent and managed my property ensuring its high specification was not compromised. I did not have to do anything other than agree to their enquiries. They vetted the guests, arranged transfers, welcome packs, Villa Concierge Service, Cleaning, Maintenance everything. At the end of the year as a result of trusting their rental management service, the rentals of Villa Naomi had paid for my family to enjoy 4 weeks holiday and all its running and maintenance costs.
In 2009 I only managed to get 1 weeks stay with my family because I agreed to let it out for the whole season.
That company was Blackseavillas.net (The estate Agents) and Property Care BG (my property management company who form part of the same group). I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to any enquirer. Their service is first class, their aftersales care is second to none and the service they provide my paying guests is so good that we have had repeat rentals.
